About Marta Menendez

Las Vegas Voice & Piano instructor Marta Menendez was born in Havana City, Cuba. She began her piano studies at the age of 7. Three years later she won the Amadeo Roldan National Piano Competition. Before moving to the U.S. in 1992, Marta graduated with honors from The Havana City Music Conservatory.

Shortly after arriving to the US., Marta won the Reno Chamber Orchestra Competition and has since performed locally and nationally. She has continued to captivate and dazzle audiences at The Bellagio Hotel with her sophisticated and passionate heartfelt style.

Professional Performing Background in Music

Today, Marta is a featured pianist at The Bellagio Hotel and Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has been performing there for several years. At the “Petrossian Lounge,” Marta’s repertoire includes everything from classics such as “Claire de Lune” to musical theatre, pieces from “Phantom of the Opera” and “Les Miserable,” as well as songs from the American Songbook, and of course Cuban and Latin standards. You can enjoy Marta’s music at Bellagio’s “Petrossian Lounge”.

Aside from her successful performing career, Marta has extensively studied classical music from an early age.

She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Music from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada with honors and a high recognition for scholastic results. Menendez has also received her Master’s from the Amadeo Roldan Conservatory in Cuba.
